The RAU Animal Immobilizer carries a three (3) year parts and labor warranty (excl battery).
The probe must be washed off after use to reduce the corrosion from the acids contained in animal waste.
There are no serviceable parts in the pulse generator. All repairs and servicing to be carried out by the manufacturer.
There is no guarantee on the lead-acid battery. Operators are advised to keep the battery fully charged at all times. A full charge will function for approximately 8 hours.
